What does love look like?

I’m thankful for many family members and friends who genuinely love our girls. Addison and Brooklyn are very blessed!

When we’ve had needs, family and friends have dropped everything and helped out and displayed genuine love in many ways. And that happens on “normal” days as well. 

I want our girls to grow up knowing what genuine love is so that they can automatically recognize fake imitations. 

Sadly Samson embodied fake love (or just love for himself). 

Judges‬ ‭14‬:‭7‬ ‭says, “And he went down, and talked with the woman; and she pleased Samson well.”

She didn’t please God, but Samson didn’t care about that!

Samson’s “love” was definitely not genuine. 

Selfishness, lust, arrogance, but definitely not love!
