It’s not random
That weeble wobble keeps getting back up no matter how many times Cleo knocks it over trying to get treats out. She does look extra intimidating with that red eye, but it’s seriously hilarious when she gets frustrated and starts growling at the treat holder!🤣
Weebles always wobble but they don’t fall down. It’s not random. It’s simple physics.
And so many good things in our lives aren’t random. They’re simply God working out His master plan for our good and His glory.
Ruth 2:2-3 says, “And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter. And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a part of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of the kindred of Elimelech.”
Maybe Ruth thought it just randomly happened, but this would be a beautiful love story and a beautiful way God provided for Ruth and Naomi. King David would come from their family line and eventually Jesus Himself.
I wonder what “random” things in our lives we think just happen, but they actually have God’s fingerprints all over them.
Today’s Bible reading is Ruth 2.
