Temptation and circumstances try to pull us away, but everything can draw us toward God

If you blow air right at a candle, it just put it out, but if you blow it between two candles, it’ll pull the flames closer together because of the lower air pressure in the moving air. 

A lot of things can move us toward God or away from God. Let’s get daily victory over sin and temptation and keep moving closer to God. 

Deuteronomy‬ ‭19‬:‭19‬-‭21‬ a says, “Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you. And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you. And thine eye shall not pity;”

The consequences of sin would be a deterrent to future sin or further sin. 

It’s easy to downplay how bad sin is, but grace is amazing because sin is so serious.
