A great thing to remember
Me: “I love you, kiddo!”
Addison in a sweet voice: “I know!”
I was kinda hoping for an “I love you too,” but I like this response! I want her to always know that I love her.
I hope that knowledge is a help to her throughout her life.
Leviticus 23:1-2 says, “And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.”
The feasts were yearly times to remember.
God wanted the Israelites to take time to remember so that they could move forward knowing how good and powerful He is.
That knowledge helped them on their best days and on their worst days, on days of celebration and on days of suffering.
Today’s Bible reading is Leviticus 23.
