What do mushrooms in the yard indicate? 

Overall, I think they’re evidence that we’ve had A LOT of rain lately! They are all over our yard right now, and I’m thankful for the rain. 

Some things are a little more difficult to see what they indicate. 

What does calling something holy indicate?

Leviticus‬ ‭16‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭says, “Thus shall Aaron come into the holy place: with a young bullock for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering. He shall put on the holy linen coat, and he shall have the linen breeches upon his flesh, and shall be girded with a linen girdle, and with the linen mitre shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water, and so put them on.”

What made those things holy?

They were set apart for a specific purpose. That’s what holiness is, and it’s true of us as well if we are Christians. 

1 Peter 1:15 says, “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;”

We aren’t perfect, but we are called to be holy, set apart. That should affect everything we do and how we do it.
