Come curious. Leave changed.

I love the change to our playground today from this new mulch! Same mulch from the same place, just a year less in the sun and what a color difference!

I appreciate my friend Dave hauling the mulch and helping to spread it (and by helping, I mean doing most of the work!)

Some changes are really noticeable. And some changes are life changing.

Exodus‬ ‭38‬:‭9‬ ‭says, “And he made the court: on the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, an hundred cubits:”

Gentiles weren’t allowed in the tabernacle or temple, but they were allowed in the temple’s courtyard. They could be curious. They could learn more about God. And if they came to faith in God, they’d leave  changed.

Some of the restrictions and separation of the Mosaic law can be tricky to understand (at least for me!), but in the end, a relationship with God mattered a lot more than which part of the temple or tabernacle a person had access to.

Maybe you feel shut out from church. You’re welcome to come to mine any time, but you’re also welcome to come to God any time.

If you’re curious about God or maybe curious about going deeper in your relationship with God, He wants that to happen. Come to Him today.

Today’s Bible reading is Exodus 38.
