Can you tell what’s happening?
Neither could we! Brooklyn and I did have fun trying to visualize photosynthesis by putting bits of leaf into some water and looking for oxygen bubbles. We didn’t see very many bubbles, but it was still fun to try.
Whether it’s bubbles in water or especially a healthy green plant, it’s apparent when photosynthesis happens. For us as Christians, it should be obvious when we’ve spent time with God.
Exodus 34:29-30 says, “And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. 30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.”
Can people tell that God is present in your life?
We probably won’t glow, but it should be obvious.
Today’s Bible reading is Exodus 34.
