In the bleak midwinter 

I actually love the views in winter, even when there’s no snow. 

The new life of spring will be great. What we do with that time (and this time right now) will matter even more. 

Genesis‬ ‭5‬:‭24‬ ‭says, “And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”

Genesis‬ ‭5‬:‭27‬ ‭says, “And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.”

‭‭

We can be amazed at how long Methuselah lived, but it’s even more amazing that we can each live with God forever!

Long physical life is great, but what we do with our new life in Jesus is greater.
