I don’t think Cleo is! She was a good sport as Jen put her in this costume, and I think Cleo will wear it again in the spring for the Pirates vs. Princess run with the Hopecenter (Cleo runs in it every year so adding the costume will just be fun!). 

Whether you like new things or not, Hebrews‬ ‭8‬:‭6‬ ‭mentions one new thing that’s amazing for all of us: “But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.”

The old covenant, also known as the Old Testament law or the Mosaic law, was excellent in that it showed people their need for a Savior and pointed to the Messiah. But the new covenant through Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection on the cross for our sins is perfect because it paid once and for all for our sins. Jesus is the mediator of the new covenant. In the Old Testament, they had to sacrifice often for sins, but Jesus sacrificed once and for all, and it’s on us as Christians to remember that sacrifice and let it impact our daily lives.
