When you’re waiting on your waffles, why not play paper football…with a soda bottle cap?!
We got to have lunch at a great place in Staunton on Saturday and enjoyed a “new” game.
The freedom and time to have fun are a blessing, and the freedom and opportunity to live for Jesus are a must for Christians.
1 Timothy 2:1-4 says, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
This is the main thing we should want from our political leaders: the opportunity to live for our Savior in peace.
We often want ease for ourselves, but we need the freedom to live a life that pleases Jesus and shows everyone the way to Him.
