We didn’t plan it as an experiment, but we did prove that Addison and I were much faster on bikes than Brooklyn was on a scooter or Jen was on foot. Wheels sure do help! We weren’t racing, but if we were, choosing wisely would make all the difference.
Psalm 91:1-2 says, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust.”
It’s a choice.
Don’t leave the shelter and then blame God for not protecting you. God won’t always protect us from the consequences of our own and bad choices, but He does offer forgiveness when we blow it and shelter for whatever life brings our way.
