Fun little balance and center of gravity experiment that I think perfectly illustrates faithfulness.
Each nail plays an important part. They don’t seem to be doing a lot, but they hang in there keeping the whole thing balanced.
1 Corinthians 4:1-2 says, “Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”
Faithful.
Not always successful, especially as many people define success.
Not always seeing immediate results.
Faithful.
The apostles back then needed to take care of the truth, the message, and so do we. God has given us His Word. We need to faithfully follow it and faithfully teach it as we faithfully live it out.
