Quick family getaway to recharge a bit as a family. So far so good, but we’ve probably all had time together that got tense over small stuff. Thankfully it doesn’t have to be that way.
When we remember that family matters more than individual preferences, we can have unity. When we have the same purpose, unity is possible.
And when we keep God in His rightful place in our hearts, unity within a church and among Christians is always possible as well.
1 Corinthians 12:4-7 says, “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”
“the same Spirit”
“the same Lord”
“the same God”
Unity is possible when we remember that it’s all about God, not us.
