I never thought I’d live to see the day!

A price checker…at Dollar Tree?!? The price is in the name, or at least it used to be! Now stuff is $1.25 or more (and apparently going to $1.50 soon!)

I still say everything should be a dollar, but I’m not sure Dollar Tree is all that concerned with my opinion! I guess it’s probably best for their business to have more expensive items to sell too. 

Even in everyday life, we would all benefit by caring about what’s best more than what people think. 

John‬ ‭12‬:‭42‬-‭43‬ ‭says, “Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: 43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.”

“they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God” So often that is the tragic start of deep, long-lasting mistakes.

The Bible and everyday life are filled with examples of people who love the praise of people more than the praise of God. Things will be better if we’ll each love God first and most of all and care more about what He thinks than what anyone else thinks.
