It can be! Poor Cleo couldn’t get to Grandma and Grandpa when they came to pick up the girls this afternoon. She whined like crazy but still was all alone (except I was right there…but she didn’t care about me right then!🤣)
This was just a funny thing with our dog, but sometimes it’s hard to be alone, the only one. But it’s better than going the wrong way with the crowd.
Luke 17:14-18 says, “And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.”
Only one. Alone. Out of the 10 that Jesus healed, only 1 came back. It’s ok to be the only one if that’s what it takes to do right.
And when we’re alone doing right, God has a way of blessing us and sending us people to follow God with.
