What’s the difference?

Time. It sure makes a difference. Our little ballerinas have changed over the years (and even more since those pictures!).

Sometimes the difference-maker is obvious. Other times not as much.

Mark 5:28 says, “For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.”

Verses 30-31 say, “And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?”

The disciples couldn’t understand the difference. But all those other people were just bumping into Jesus. They knew He was there, but only that woman reached out in faith for healing.

There was a difference between knowing that Jesus is there and reaching out to Him in faith.

Have you reached out to Jesus in faith for salvation?

You might think, “But I believe in Jesus,” but have you trusted Him as your personal Savior? Have you repented and believed in Him?

As a Christian have you reached out to Him for the help you need?

He’s there. Why would we not reach out to Him?
