What are Sunday afternoons for?

Naps! But apparently the bed wasn’t comfy enough for Cleo…she needed a pillow too!

Time is a funny thing.

Some people can’t nap, even on a Sunday afternoon.

Others can…but they’ll wake up 5 hours later and wonder what year it is!

I don’t know about you (or my dog), but for me I can take a nap and feel like I’ve slept for hours even though it’s only been about 10 minutes sometimes. And sometimes time just seems to drag out and take forever.

Daniel‬ ‭10‬:‭1‬ ‭says, “In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.”

God’s plan would take a while, but it would happen at just the right time.

Just because it doesn’t happen right away doesn’t mean it won’t happen.

Waiting times are times to trust God instead of doubting Him. His promises always come true no matter how long we have to wait for the perfect time to come.
