Pigs on Trampolines! This game was brand new to me, but it’s just a lot of fun! No, I never actually got a pig into the center part, but I did come close a time or two. Fun game with flying pigs, but how many of us have taken the attitude that we’d never do something (at least until pigs fly) only to end up doing it anyway?
1 Corinthians 10:12 says, “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
People don’t succeed because they say so or because they intend to. People succeed because every day they do the little things that keep them moving in the right direction and away from the wrong direction. Thankfully, we have God helping us as we resist sin, but let’s never think that we can avoid any sin on our own.
There’s not a single one of us that is above any temptation apart from God’s grace. So instead of getting cocky and saying we’d only do that sin when pigs fly, let’s draw close to our Heavenly Father every day and guard our lives so that we can keep standing.
