I took that picture on Monday morning, and I don’t know which was foggier: the weather or my brain! Maybe you don’t struggle as much as I do to wake up and get going mentally and physically on a Monday, but the struggle is sometimes real!
Sometimes in a “fog” we don’t know what’s going to happen or even which way to go.
John 2:5 says, “His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.” Jesus went on to perform an amazing miracle, but even before He did, Mary knew Who Jesus is: The Son of God, the Messiah, the Savior.
So it was only natural for her to follow Him and encourage others to follow Him as well.
Even before Jesus clears things up for us, for that situation that’s confusing us or discouraging us, we should follow Him. Even before we clearly see what Jesus is going to do, we should trust Him and encourage others to follow Him and trust Him as well!
