Ever wish you were someone else? I gotta admit, it was fun to see what the girls looked like as each other! They both still look beautiful with their faces swapped, but I’m sure they’re thankful they don’t have to LIVE as each other (our girls are VERY different people which is a lot of fun!). You might not like everything about yourself or your life right now, but living the life God has made you for is the best life ever. Let’s take time to be thankful for everything God has given us and to let Him shape us into the best version of ourselves. 


Isaiah 64:8 says, “But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.” God intentionally made us exactly how we need to be. Following God’s plan means getting to be who we truly are. Maybe this Thanksgiving you wish you were someone else. Maybe you wish you had someone else’s circumstances, looks, or talent, but God’s plan for your life is the best plan. The clay on a potter’s wheel becomes more beautiful more and useful as it’s shaped by the potter. Let’s enjoy who God made us to be and allow Him to keep shaping us according to His perfect plan.
