In general I hate ads, but I like this one a lot more because it lets you get involved instead of just watching. It’s a very simple game where you slide the ice cream container to try to catch the Oreos while avoiding the other ingredients, but there’s just something about being involved that’s more fun than watching!
A lot of Christians simply watch from the sidelines, but God wants the Christian life to be enjoyable, to be fun, which means we need to get involved so that we don’t miss out!
Psalm 84:11 says this about God: “No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.” It’s easy to get scared that living for God won’t be any fun, but it’s other lifestyles that lead to missing out on the best things! God wants us to get off the sidelines and get busy enjoying the wonderful life He has in mind for us. Yes, we need to live “uprightly,” but we also need to WALK, to LIVE, to get busy in the amazing life He’s designed for us. It’s boring to be on the bench during a game, and it’s downright tragic to stay on the bench in the Christian life instead of getting into the game, accomplishing something for God, and having a blast with every blessing He brings our way!
