Food? Water? Coffee? How about family? Family is high up on my list, and I hope Jesus is right at the top.
Luke 18:1 says, “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”
Survival isn’t a given. We aren’t strong enough to do this life properly on our own. In fact, we are called to thrive not just survive. And that takes God.
There might be several times each day when we face those 2 options: faint or pray. And fainting doesn’t have to be literal and physical. Many times we need to pray so we don’t faint out of a good testimony or faint away from what matters most.
Faint or pray? That choice should be easy!
