Hiking is one of our favorite family activities (especially the downhill parts!). On a recent hike we found this tree. Not sure if it was 4 separate trees that grew together or one big tree that split off. Either way, a strong connection to its roots lets it spread far out.
In John 15:5, Jesus says, “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
We can branch out with encouragement and witness to others as long as we stay connected to our Savior. Who knows who Jesus might use us to impact today?
And if there’s no fruit coming out of our lives, we need to check our connection to our Savior.
