As we remember and celebrate what God has done for us, it should excite us to go forward and see what else He has planned for us.
For me and my family right now, going forward means packing and moving and seeing what God has planned for us in another state, but every single day gives us opportunities to eagerly move ahead with God into His amazing plan for us. And we can always stay grateful and thankful because we are truly blessed.
Leviticus 23:4-5 says, “These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. 5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD's passover.” I’m sure after a while some of the Jews didn’t see the point in the different feasts and celebrations they were to have each year. But all of them were there to help them remember.
To move ahead today with the right outlook, it’s helpful to remember and celebrate what God has already done for us.
