We had a great time at LEGOLAND Discovery Center! There were a lot of fun rides and games, and this 4-D theater was a blast. The images, wind, and even snow just jumped off the screen.
What’s even more amazing is that, with God’s help, we can see the Bible jump off the page when we read it.
2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”
If we’re going to see God’s Word jump off the page and into our hearts and lives, we need to trust that it’s relevant to our lives, something for us, not just for people back then. Seriously, give it a shot and you just might be amazed what God shows you. Most days, I write devotionals based on what God shows me that day FOR ME. It’s amazing to get something to help me for the day ahead.
Also, if we’re going to see God’s Word jump off the page, we need to look for what God wants us to live out that day, not just what He wants us to read that day.
James 1:22 says, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”
Amazing things for our lives are right there if we’re willing to open our hearts and take a look.
