With how angry some people are about Christmas, you’d think the movie was called The “Polarizing” Express instead of The Polar Express!

Cheesy way to put it, I’m sure, but do you know what happens when you push 2 Christmas ornaments together??? Nothing! We joked about it being kinda like pushing 2 magnets together the wrong way so that the same magnet poles try to push apart. It’s just sad to me how polarizing Christmas can be, how it either pushes people away from Jesus or draws them to Him. A lot of people even hate this time of year and refuse to even say the word Christmas. 

So what can we do? What should we do?

In Matthew 10:16, Jesus said, “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

I pray that all Christians live out the love and truth and example of Jesus so purely that others want the kind of relationship with Him that we have. I pray that we help pull people toward Jesus and never push them away from Him. May people see the difference that Jesus has made in our lives each day this December and beyond.
