Full disclosure: I’m a math nerd so I like this kind of problems (probably much more than my students do!). But problems that we can’t solve are a whole different story.
Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
We usually want the absence of problems…but what we need is victory!
Instead of getting mad at God for ALLOWING a weapon to be formed against us, let’s thank Him for protecting us even during the battle.
Instead of getting bitter when someone says stuff against us, let’s praise God for being there with us.
Don’t be afraid to go into battle when Jesus has already won the victory. It’s not that we have to be stronger than the threat. It’s that GOD is stronger.
