DIY lava lamp = fun times! Addison was really excited and had a lot of fun even if her face doesn’t show it in the picture! A little oil, a little water, a few drops of food coloring, and you’re ready to drop in some Alka-Seltzer and watch it bubble away! One thing we noticed though was that it only lasted so long before it stopped working needed more.
Thankfully our supply of love, joy, strength, and hope from Jesus doesn’t ever stop! John 4:14 says, “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” A perfect eternity in heaven is coming, but even now we don’t have to thirst spiritually because Jesus meets our needs. We don’t have to look for something else or something better because there is nothing better than a relationship with Jesus! And His grace and goodness never stop and never run out!
Whether it’s the woman at the well from John 4 or you and me right where we are, making sure we have a relationship with Jesus is the most important thing ever. And if your relationship with Jesus has gone a little flat, drink deep of His love and joy today.
