I’ve seen a lot of great memes about one-way signs forming a shadow of a cross and reminding us that there’s only one way to heaven—placing your faith and trust in Jesus. And that’s the biggest deal ever, but this sign is what we see as we leave our church and brings another great reminder—there’s only ONE WAY to be saved, and there’s also only ONE purpose worth living for as a Christian.
2 Corinthians 5:15 says this about Jesus and us, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.” We get saved BY Jesus and should then willingly live FOR Jesus. His way is the ONE WAY we should go. We don’t need any other options because Jesus’ way is the one and only way worth going.
