You can only pick 1 of the 2 choices for each. Sometimes choosing between 2 good options is tough! Feel free to comment your favorites, and here’s what gets my vote: milk chocolate Kit Kats, Cool Ranch Doritos, Swedish Fish (but that one’s a hard choice!), and crunchy Cheetos. Sometimes it’s difficult to choose, but sometimes the choice should be easy!
After Judas Iscariot died, the apostles needed to choose a replacement, someone who could help spread the message of hope and salvation that comes by trusting Jesus as Savior. They wanted to make the right choice, and they went about it the right way. After carefully getting it down to 2 guys, “they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen” (Acts 1:24). They didn’t need to weigh their options; they needed to seek Jesus’ opinion and be led by the One Who always knows best.
We all make a lot of decisions. We should be wise and careful, but we don’t need to invent a plan or figure out our own solution. We need to find and follow the plan Jesus already has for us.
